We started doing rescue work years ago when we saw there was a huge need. Nothing bothers us more than breeders who do not take back their dogs or stand behind them. Dogs should NEVER end up in a shelter or rescue if bred by an ethical breeder. We have seen so many sad and heartbreaking stories and situations where families could no longer keep their dog, the breeder wouldn't take it back and many rescues/ shelters would not help. That encouraged us to step up. Our rescue dogs are under the same contract as our puppies or adults we place. If the family can no longer keep it it MUST be returned to us. No questions asked. We are very picky who we place ALL our dogs with and once a dog/ puppy comes to us it will always have a home here. We have not started a 501c3 for this. We do this out of our own pocket and desire to help. We have no vet teams or people backing this and that is just fine. This is what we want to do. When we do have one of our rescues available they will be posted on this page.

Paddy, the toy Aussie is a little over 2 years old. He is doing so good in all his walks and is getting so much more brave! Paddy’s dog mom died while giving birth to his litter so he was a bottle baby. Paddy has lost 10 pounds since being with us! Which is huge as he was very overweight ( still is and will still need to be on a diet). He loves our daughter, has done well playing in the orchard with our other dogs such as blaze. We are starting the search for his forever family. $500 plus tax

Everyone meet Gator, a 3 year old red Merle mini Aussie who came to us via owner surrendered. Gator has some anxiety tendencies. His vet had him on trazadone but his previous family did not think it helped. Gator is house trained, leash trained and loves his people. His previous family said he can struggle in public or hectic environments. He came in a few days ago so we will continue to evaluate him and then work on finding him his perfect family. So far he is very sweet and did great on his walk and with our other dogs.  No, we did not breed gator he again was an owner surrendered dog who came to our rescue.

** gator has been here a few days and has done very well. We haven't had issues with him. He just wants to be loved on and with you. He gets better and better on every walk we take him on. $500 plus tax
